The first phase of production (solids and solutions production lines) started operation from April 2001, producing granule and powder in sachets (5 gr up to 100 gr), powder and granule packed in different sizes of bags (300 gr up to 25000 gr), oral solutions and suspensions in bottles and polyethylene containers (from 10 ml up to 1000 ml), and one-liter containers. Producing the under license products in order to implement the big plans and policies for present and future. In this connection through agreements signed with ex-Grampian (UK), ECO (UK), Bayer (Germany) and Schering-Plough, after visiting inspecting our facilities by their competent experts, it was decided to manufacture the below-mentioned products under supervision and license of the afore-mentioned companies.
These products are included in our production program and in future there will be more products to manufacture and sent to the market. The second phase of the production program which is included in future plans is based on producing different injectable veterinary products. The project has very well proceeded.
Concurrently with the operation of first and second the laboratory division and R & D of the plant have followed up the formulating and researches by enjoying the experiences of various local research centers of pharmaceutical industry and universities and receiving required know-how and technology from renowned European companies. Up to now we have been able to obtain manufacturing licenses from IVO and still try to expand our activities, Also with increasing the qualitative and quantitative level of our products and studying the markets over seas we have tried to enter regional markets in order to meet their requirements for poultry and livestock medicines.
